PLAYED ON REAL BEACH SAND!

The beach may be a long way from home, but beach volleyball is as close as Doncaster Indoor Sports Stadium. 250 tonnes of sparkling washed beach sand create the ideal environment for this popular team game.

The only things missing are the seagulls and lifeguards. Men’s, Women’s and Mixed teams of 6 people a side play every night of the week, using slightly modified rules including under-arm serving in Mixed groups.

Sandball is popular because you can jump, dive and scramble without fear of injury. New comps are starting at Doncaster Indoor Sports this month – gather a few friends, kick sand and enjoy a few drinks in the Sports Bar afterwards.
